- Manufacturing Engr (Barrels)
|This is an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems. The incumbent calculates production, labor, and material costs; reviews production schedules, and estimates future capital requirements. In this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will industrialize new and existing products on rotary forges and broaches, identify new manufacturing technologies appropriate to support lead time and cost reductions, and support the overall Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Production Supervisor (Surface Finish)
The Production Supervisor (SF) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work for completion of chrome-plated and phosphate parts which meet military specifications based on FNA’s established processes and procedures. Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Productivity and Delivery performance of the Surface Treatment Department. Assist with the implementation of Lean principles and methods, measure Lean implementation based on published KPIs and sustain implemented improvements through standardization, training and continuous improvement.
Performs those supervisory functions necessary for the effective management of the department, including the selection and development of employees. Employee counseling, motivation, planning, organizing and measuring the work performed.
Establishes and maintains a safe and healthful working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements.
Ensures compliance and actively coaches employees on the Five S program and implements and supports
Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements
Prepare chrome line for NADCAP certification
Education/ Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of all chrome plating, phosphate and multi-finish line equipment with an understanding of plating theory required.
At least three years working experience in a metal working environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business or two year technical degree.
Prior coating experience preferred
Quality Engineering experience preferred
Practical understanding of workplace 5S and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Must have experience in a teaming environment.
